I bring over 12 years of extensive legal experience, including the past 6 years practicing in Bahrain, where I have advised top-tier local companies and U.S-based multinationals across industries such as pharmaceuticals, telecom, real estate, construction, retail, hospitality, and media. My core areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law, legal compliance, policy advisory, and general legal counselling. I have played a key role in structuring and negotiating joint ventures, mergers, corporate restructuring, and cross-border deals, while also managing complex litigation for high net-worth clients. I regularly advise on board-level matters and assist companies in developing corporate governance frameworks and compliance policies. My skill set also includes due diligence, transaction advisory, and the drafting and standardization of commercial contracts and legal documentation—ensuring legal risk mitigation and operational continuity. I currently lead the Commercial Law Division at SAS Law in Bahrain. Academically, I hold an LLB from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, and an MBA from Amity Business School, Noida, enabling me to align legal strategy with business objectives.
