Background

About Barrett Hopper

I am a global operations executive focused on building high-performing organizations and delivering measurable business results in complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.Over the past 20+ years, I have led multi-site operations across North America and international markets, driving transformation through Lean enterprise deployment, SIOP integration, and digital operational strategies. My experience spans specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, and distribution, with a consistent track record of improving EBITDA, scaling operations, and aligning execution with strategic growth objectives. Most recently, I have been leading global operations across a multi-site network while supporting divestiture readiness and business transformation initiatives. This experience has strengthened my ability to operate in high-change environments, align cross-functional teams, and deliver results under pressure—skills critical in private equity-backed and growth-focused organizations.I am particularly interested in COO, EVP Operations, and platform leadership roles where I can drive operational excellence, accelerate performance, and build teams that deliver sustainable results.I believe leadership is built daily—one step at a time—through discipline, accountability, and the ability to align strategy, execution, and culture.
