I have over 15 years of experience in various technologies working in support, end-point, and cloud management. This has been added into my most recent expansion into site reliability engineering. Currently, I work as an Associate SRE for IQVIA working with Senior SRE expanding my skills where I can also support various teams, initiatives and projects while exploring new technologies and processes. I'm deeply passionate about continuing my development while collaborating with these subject matter experts. Previously, I worked at Ned Davis Research (subsidiary of Delinian) as a System Support Analyst, maintaining package management via industry tools such as SCCM, Active Directory services, designing and deploying a VoIP solution, supporting staff via service requests and senior system administrators. Outside of work, I'm a hobbyist with all things related to wheels with an engine and smart home enthusiast.
