About Barry Allison

I am an experienced Senior Leader with a track record of successfully transforming back office operations with a specialization in Finance/Accounting, Procurement and Operations disciplines, primarily working in the hospitality industry. I have also successfully led large global teams to deliver finance and accounting services after the large transformation project ends. Yes, I don't leave after the project resources go away. Where I have been most successful is where both technology AND business processes are heavily interrelated. I love learning new technologies and then applying them to complex business problems to solve. My career has provided several opportunities to do just that. Finally, I have led several teams through large transformations. My purpose as a leader in each of these is to provide leadership that is calm and transparent to minimize distractions and allow my teams to delivery world class services.
