MC Credit Partners is a middle market direct lending fund that provides loans and other debt capital solutions to private and public companies in amounts typically ranging from $40 to $250 million. The firm works with entrepreneur and family-owned companies as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to fund organic growth, recapitalizations, expansions, acquisitions, management or leveraged buy-outs, refinance existing debt or to fund Chapter 11 reorganizations/exits. Barry has been in investment banking, private equity and capital markets for over 20 years. He has worked with hundreds of clients from Fortune 500 conglomerates to entrepreneurial start-ups, but mostly with established middle market companies. Throughout his career, Barry has been an industry generalist with experience and expertise in sectors including aerospace & defense, consumer, distribution, energy, financial services, industrial, manufacturing, media, packaging, retail, telecommunications and transportation. He has specialized in leveraged finance, private equity, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions, always with an emphasis on providing creative solutions to complex challenges.
