In Summary: My professional passion is developing: systematic and self-sustaining, approaches to continual improvement that reduce current operating expense to increase cash flow while facilitating future programmed productivity increases. My experience with this approach in 7 different manufacturing firms over the past 20 yrs.have resulted in immediate and sustained cost reduction in the areas of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management, Ergonomics, Materials and Logistical control and Production. Peripheral effects have been: Reduced employee turnover and absenteeism, Increased Customer Satisfaction, and International, Federal and Local Regulatory Compliance. However, my most prized accomplishment is helping raise 4 successful, healthy children to adulthood.
