About Barry Carpenter

I’m a builder at heart — of brands, teams, systems, and experiences. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve blended creativity, technical mastery, and strategic leadership to help organizations grow, inspire communities, and bring ambitious ideas to life. My career began hands-on in live production, where I logged hours behind audio, lighting, video, and broadcast systems. That foundation in technical excellence led me into leadership—directing large-scale productions, guiding 100+ person teams, and managing $50M+ in infrastructure. From there, I transitioned into manufacturing and brand development, joining a company in its early stages and helping shape its growth into a recognized leader. I built sales, support, and customer success functions, developed the company’s brand and voice, managed key partnerships, and became a trusted public speaker and educator in the industry. Outside of work, I’ve carried that same builder’s mindset into my own life. My family and I sold everything to live full-time in an RV for several years, and today we continue our adventures in a camper van. For me, problem-solving and innovation aren’t just part of the job — they’re how I live. Whether in technology, manufacturing, events, or emerging industries, my focus is the same: I love building things, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with teams that are chasing big goals.
