Previously with Accenture as part of the acquisition of BRIDGE Energy Group where I led the integration of the legacy company’s personnel, assets and processes for Cloud Hosting, Marketing, IT, security, and Software Development. While on BRIDGE Energy Group’s leadership team, I was responsible for leading and transforming multiple teams, including marketing, software development, cloud hosting and internal IT services. In this role I worked cross-functionally to help our teams find new and better ways to achieve company, team and individual objectives, directly impacting both top line and bottom-line growth. A notable accomplishment, I led the team that delivered a machine learning artificial intelligence system to solve a client’s real-time forecasting need. As the corporate marketing and communications lead, I leveraged my large and medium size company experience to drive the repositioning, rebranding and establishment of a smaller company as a viable alternative to industry heavyweights. This included introducing or revamping multiple digital channels, aligning all efforts to business strategy and goals, and introducing processes and metrics to improve efficiency and objectively measure results. One notable tool was the creation of the company’s industry-leading, survey-based research. Prior to BRIDGE I was responsible for the worldwide marketing and product management for a $350M product technology firm, successfully turning around the company culture, reputation, and financials. While in this role, and while at Symantec, I gain significant experience dealing with the complexities of integrating acquisitions. In general, I bring a very customer-focused, but not so common, cost-conscious approach to marketing, IT, and product management. I enjoy spending time working cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to help guide the prioritization of initiatives and budget spend, then realize the vision through the execution of that plan. I am results oriented and measure success with metrics, starting with the financial top and bottom lines, but also at the tactical day-to-day level. With tight budgets and a focus on EBIT, I feel it is critical to get the most return out of all of our investment decisions. I earned my MBA from Northeastern University and BS in Computer Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
