Barry Goldstein and the company he founded, ACS, have been providing medical services and healthcare staffing to public and private facilities for thirty years. One of the first healthcare companies to deliver correctional healthcare clinics, Barry elevated the standards for improving patient healthcare throughout the state of California, including the CDCR, and County Jails. His innovative approach continues to be the model for evidence based healthcare operations in a correctional environment. Mr. Goldstein's past experience working in public safety, as an Orange County Deputy Sheriff's working in the jails, harbors, search and rescue, and other ancillary posts, led him to develop proprietary predictive technology and co-found another company focused on improving community supervision. With a suite of patented technologies to his name, Mr. Goldstein formed Probesmart to help probation and parole officers better manage their offender population by identifying those who are at greatest risk for recidivism.
