About Barry Gasper

I have 25 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain and procurement. The recent experience I have gained from my current Technical Commodity Manager role, accompanied with my knowledge and understanding of risk management within the supply chain, will give me a head start and enable me to adapt to any similar role with minimal guidance. The desire for me to achieve my own personal goals, through hard work, determination and commitment will undoubtedly benefit any department. I am a team player with excellent communication skills, both of which will ensure I succeed in any role. I have strong relationship skills and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process, including the customers’ requirements, from quality expectations through to the varying specification. I fully understand the benefits for cross functional working of which I was exposed to during my time working in the Supply Chain Improvements Team, whereby I worked closely with NPI and Quality whilst being based on site, for over 18 months, at an under-performing vendor.
