About Barry Harrison

Currently an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, who will be an asset to any business where I will enjoy working everyday with a supportive and collaborative team environment.Performing the usual project management tasks (scope, finance, risk, resource, governance and delivery management) across a large portfolio of projects and multiple customers at a time, but it's the personal relationships that I build that make the difference between myself and my peers. Some of the projects types delivered include; Switch/Router installation and replacement works, Cloud connectivity, Data Centre replacements, upgrades and relocations, RAP/WAP wireless deployments and upgrades, firewall deployments and upgrades, WAN upgrades, building fit outs, VoIP deployments and transition into and out of services to name some of my experiences. What makes me different, other than my Project Management skills, is in a leadership / mentoring capacity. Previous experience managing staff and teams. Currently supporting the PMO Manager as 2IC whilst they are away, on-board mentoring of new staff and often involved in management activities and Pilot user groups. Often seen as the 'go to' person for the team, I am adaptable and able to support delivery in multiple facets.
