Sept 2019-Nov 2021 MRP Controller MHI Vestas Offshore • ERP Support for 7 offshore sites across the UK helping service site with troubleshooting relating to the ERP system • Balance Service Sites Stock Levels, the balance between demand on spare parts and the right level of safety stock at site warehouses. • Control and continuously evaluate re-order points and re-order quantities By Liaising with the service sites and vendors, to get the correct Items on the shelf at the right time. • Supervise, analyse and calculate stock counts, twice yearly stock take on each site in accordance with auditors • Working on two new projects supporting Pre-Assembly Commissioning and the installation team by reacting quickly to demands and issues that may arise. •Update and maintain master data on service sites and spare parts (enrichment, activation etc.) •Create RFQ’s to customers, Create PO for spare parts with suppliers. June 2010-2019 Stores Purchaser Jacobs Field Services operating on Novartis Pharma Site. I was reponsible for the replenishment of the spares and consumables in the central stores on site, using SAP I create the daily orders, maintain accurate data, negotiate price savings, cost avoidances whilst maintaining a collaborative relationship with our many suppliers. I was also responsible for creating stock records and managing BOM, and sending machinery off site for repairs. I hold a Forklift License and covered the stores function in the their abscence, roles which includes; Goods in, Goods out using SAP functions, general housekeeping adhering to Health and Safety guide lines and continuous improvements. I have obtained a CIPS Practitioner Corporate award programme in procurement 2014, the programme included Legal Aspects of Purchasing, Purchasing Fundamentals, Economics, Financial Analysis, Cost Modelling, Projects and Contract Management and Supply Chain Planning and Management.
