36 years of experience in operating and managing offshore production platforms and process safety systems. Currently developing operators in cross-training for production operations process safety systems. Managing the Compliance Support Team's Basic Compliance Training Program (BCT), which is supported by the local training simulator. Individuals participating in the program will gain basic knowledge and process safety technical skills. BCT is a program designed to prepare individuals who have little or no experience in process safety compliance with necessary device testing and regulations skills that are needed. Experienced in the production of oil,(Sweet & Sour) natural gas, high pressure gas production, water/gas injection and H2S. Also experienced in Lean Sigma Project Execution, Project Operations Professional (POP), Operation Assurance (OA), Major Capital Projects and CPDEP, developing initial Offshore Operations Plans, Commissioning and Start-up plans. Extensive knowledge of 30 CFR 250, API RP 14B, API RP 14C, & SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems), as well as other regulatory requirements that were adopted to ensure protection of natural resources and associated offshore production. Experienced in the Nonconformance Process to identify and manage overdue testing of critical process safety system protections as well as discrepant material conditions.
