I have an established career within Insurance, achieving my Cert CII qualification. Specialising in tailored insurance policies, and delivering exceptional service has always been my strength. I have always prided myself of providing a personal and professional service to my clients. Over the last 18 years I have developed skills necessary to assist clients who are pursuing a claim, firstly being the resident claims manager at A Plan Insurance, and then a worthwhile stint as a Loss Adjuster, firstly specialising in subsidence claims and then general loss adjusting. Since returning to A Plan I have again developed the claims specialist role, which led me to becoming the Group Claims Manager within A Plan. I have provided valuable assistance across over 90 branches to ensure that A Plan policyholders have the very best claims journey possible. I pride myself on developing relationships with claims management companies and insurers companies representatives at a senior management level. To ensure that my industry knowledge remained fresh, and to develop my own management skills, I now am responsible for a team of insurance brokers within A Plan, ensuring that they maintain a high level of competency and compliance within an ever changing insurance market. Leadership is key and I am more than capable of both delivering results and guiding others to reach weekly targets, I also make sure that I focus my energies on being part of the team to achieve this. I am an outgoing and positive person that can communicate with others confidently but likewise I can adapt to my surroundings, and appreciate feedback and listen to other people’s opinions. I have been involved n local amateur dramatics for the last 20 years and a busy father and husband. I am kind, thoughtful and assertive, proactive rather than reactive and enjoy a challenge.
