Dynamic, hard-working and passionate Information Technology professional with strong leadership, analytical and management skills and a proven track record over more than 25 years in the software industry.During my career in software development I have always been heavily engaged in Business Analysis and Business Process Re-engineering as well as the evaluation, understanding and introduction of appropriate emerging technologies to both new and existing software environments.I have an excellent understanding of the complex challenges posed during any enterprise level initiative, with a highly motivated hands-on approach whether using Waterfall or Agile software delivery lifecycle methodology. Focused on successful collaborative teamwork, always encouraging new talents to emerge, whilst ensuring all efforts are towards solving the problem at hand.I have demonstrated throughout my career all my abilities to rise to any challenge, take on board new information, assimilate an understanding and provide coherent practical and professional opinion on the relevance of such information to any given situation. I have sat on various boards in various roles, absorbing the information available, providing expertise where necessary, and managing others to perform likewise. My approach to debate is to be honest, open and frank as I find this the most effective way to achieve an appropriate endpoint.
