They are used by 30+ people daily and track an average of items per month, providing management with plenty of department metrics. • TriWest Partnership – Developed a solid working and lasting relationship with TriWest analysts and management since 2004. Developed/documented contract & data workflows. Created/redlined/tracked contracts, researched/resolved countless data issues. Became the company's go-to person for "TriWest stuff." • External Audit – Provided assistance to external auditors: detailed our workflow, provided documentation/reports, offered ideas for (our) improvement. • Contract Imaging Project – Worked closely with an outside vendor to image thousands of paper contracts as we moved from paper to electronic storage.
