About Barry Lynch

As a Senior Manager of Sales Solutions Support at LinkedIn, I lead regional Enterprise/B2B SaaS Support teams for EMEA & LATAM, providing product support for Sales Navigator and Sales Insights. I also manage language support across multiple languages, fostering cross-functional engagement with Sales teams. I am passionate about driving new standards in Operational Excellence, Talent Development, and Driving Customer Value. In addition to my role at LinkedIn, I am also a Lecturer at UCD Professional Academy, where I develop and deliver Professional Diploma courses in Supervisory Management and Office Administration to adult-learning classes of up to 40 students per cohort. I have achieved high student satisfaction rates and positive feedback on course content and delivery. I hold a Masters in International Relations and a Masters in Politics from University College Cork and in September 2025 will start a Masters in Artificial Intelligence at University of Limerick. I am also a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.
