Drawing on over a decade of senior recruitment experience, I specialize in the placement of senior finance and human resource professionals in Manitoba and Ontario. A professional accountant with more than 20 years in senior leadership positions, I know exactly who my clients need to build strong teams and propel their organizations forward. I partner with my clients with a highly consultative approach to help them develop long-term human capital strategies to drive growth and sustainability. Before opening the Winnipeg branch of The Headhunters, I achieved Top Performer status with a Deloitte Top 50 National Recruiting Firm and was promoted to National Practice Leader for the Accounting & Finance Division. I am a member of CPA Manitoba and have served on the boards and audit committees of a number of public and private companies. In my free time, I enjoy adventure travel with my family, mountain hiking, stand-up paddling, great food and wine with friends and watching a good movie.
