I am a seasoned Lead Game Designer with 15+ years of design leadership in the mobile game and PC/Console sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for crafting engaging game design for profitable projects, as well as for directing product development from concept up through post-launch. Professional focal points include game mechanics/systems, balance, monetization strategies, data analysis, play-testing, bug reports, cross-functional collaboration, art and product development. My latest role was Lead Game Designer with 4XP Games. Under my leadership, I built a breakthrough new F2P IP for Merge Game genre on mobile platforms, implementing game features, systems, mechanics, and game loops. I also leverage game feature flowcharts and game loops diagrams, handling game balance mechanics, and oversaw in-game economy and monetization strategies. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and art development teams to ensure the company’s game design support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.My professional highlights for Plarium Games include collaborating on the development of their newest project, crafting game features and events, collaborating with a 40+ professional team members to construct innovative gameplay and mechanics. I was also charged with creating the original and successful IP “Lost Island Blast Adventure”, facilitating continual game expansion post-launch.
