In my current role at Bantrel Management Services Co, I oversee recruitment, deployment, and development for field engineering, document control, commissioning, and construction quality staff across Canada. A notable achievement was managing an exhibition to showcase emerging technologies in engineering, procurement, and construction, demonstrating our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements. At BHP Jansen Stage 1, I led project management for home office engineering procurement and contract completion for critical path packages necessary for constructing a potash mine. My responsibilities include managing the award and ramp-up of module assembly yard contracts, ensuring the seamless delivery of 1,200 pre-assembled modules, and coordinating with vendors to integrate detailed schedules effectively. During my tenure at Bechtel Canada Co, I managed design for the largest project executed by the City of Edmonton and transitioned to a resident engineering management role on site. I oversaw design closure by integrating design, construction, and client stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution across multiple locations. Additionally, I led engineering teams across international offices, developed 4D models for construction planning, and provided technical support for pre-commissioning activities.
