With over 15 years of experience in the shelf management industry, I am a retail and shelf management expert who excels at auditing, management, customer service, and Microsoft Office. I currently work as an Assistant Manager at 7-Eleven, a global leader in convenience retailing, where I apply my skills and knowledge to ensure the optimal performance and profitability of the store. As an Assistant Manager, I am responsible for managing the inventory, merchandising, and planograms of the store, as well as supervising and training the staff, handling cash and transactions, and resolving customer complaints. I also collaborate with the Store Manager and the District Manager to implement and monitor the store's policies, procedures, and standards. I leverage my Microsoft Excel skills to create and maintain reports and records, and my customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
