About Barry Pan

I started my career with IT/Tech risk advisory consulting in RCC (risk, compliance & control). During my time as a risk advisory consultant working with medical and financial clients, I would evaluate, analyze and test controls for IT risks in businesses. I have learned how to tailor my findings by testing controls, interacting with clients, and effectively providing solutions to my clients to fit their needs in their businesses. My previous experiences in different industries allowed me to effectively develop my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in challenging work environments. As I have a passion for consulting and data analytics, I continuously strive to learn essential skills beneficial to my consulting career to make an impact and improve businesses within my community. One of my top priorities and greatest skills as a professional is building healthy relationships through effective communication. How I interact with clients and my team directly translates to how I approach problems and determine the quality of my work. Building relationships with your team means having open communication and also having support and trust in your members. By fostering healthy and genuine connections, I can effectively deliver impactful results with my team. This is one of my core values as it is one of my main drivers of success. While I'm not busy; I often find myself cooking, weightlifting, building computers, and traveling. I'm happy to connect and feel free to reach out to me!
