Barry Shulman counsels public entities and officials at all levels of government and currently serves as General Counsel to the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority, a position he has occupied since its inception. On the private side, Barry advises clients in a broad array of commercial real estate transactions, negotiating contracts for the acquisition and development of shopping centers, physician office buildings, medical centers and other large commercial properties. He represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of complex commercial leases.
