Background
About Barry Tsui
Hi This is Barry.I have been contributing my part in providing counselling service for 5 years. Having the experience in crisis counselling and mental health counselling with youths and emering adults, I understand that they are at the most helpless and confusing stage in life. It gives me joy and relief that most clients reported signs of improvement not only practically, but also on the psychological well-being aspect.I am also a mindfulness practitioner with MBCT 8-Weeks and MSC 8-Weeks training. Mindfulness is what I integrate in my individual work, group work, teacher training, seminar or even in yoga and singing bowl teaching! In the midst of this frantic world, mindfulness brings awareness and clarity to sooth different kinds of psychological disturbance. Thanks for getting to know me, and look forward to know you too.
