As a diesel technician at Ryder System, Inc, I apply my vehicles expertise and mechanics skills to inspect, service, and repair various vehicle systems. I have been working at Ryder since August 2021, after completing 4 years of service as a diesel mechanic in the US Army. In my current role, I perform tasks such as repairing and replacing electrical wiring harnesses, conducting preventive maintenance checks, ordering special replacement parts and components, and troubleshooting faults and issues. I also examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunction, and maintain wheeled vehicle suspension systems and hub assemblies. I take pride in delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction. I enjoy learning new technologies and techniques to improve my performance and productivity.
