Key Responsibilities : • Act as one stop HR Contact point for HR Services • Supporting the HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and compliance • payroll data coordination with the service provider/ stakeholders. • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees. • Maintaining HR information system (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Managing the staff exit management. Ensures that the end benefits are paid to the departing employee within the stipulated timeline as per the local regulations. Conducting exit interviews, providing information and analysis regarding the staff exits. • Collaborating with the Employee Culture and Engagement team and senior management to support HR initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. • Work with Talent Development in organizing training programs and young talent programs. • Support other HR Operational related activities as and when required. • Act as a HR Business partner for an assigned division
