With over 25 years of industry experience, I specialize in delivering tailored solutions for clients across multiple industries. I leverage data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to help clients achieve operational excellence and strategic growth. Organizations that I have had the opportunity to lead and optimize operations include Microsoft, Nike, Trimble, Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, Wal-Mart, Target, Nokia, Lenovo and Sysco. Over the years, I have worked in a series of progressive roles directing continuous improvement programs, agile methodology and program/project management executing business-impacting decisions and utilizing team strengths to positively impact organizations. I possess expertise leading system implementation efforts along with executing operations process improvements. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leveraged with knowledge of Kaizen, DMAIC, and other continuous improvement methodologies to effectively lead continuous improvement projects. I am currently a Senior Consultant with The Gunter Group leading strategic, program and project and continuous improvement initiatives for our clients. Prior to this I was a Senior Consultant for HCL Tech leading initiatives with clients and within HCL. In my prior role as Director of Strategic Planning and Supply Chain for Kruger Foods, I led strategic planning spanning customer service, transportation, manufacturing, IT infrastructure and distribution networks. Through my hands-on leadership, we were able to improve order pick and load time by 50%, slash inventory by 20%, and decrease trailer detention charges by over 90% at the company’s primary off-site warehouse. In my role as Director of Supply Chain at Demilec I led strategic efforts across the organization such as optimizing Transportation and the distribution center network as well as implementing an S & OP initiative resulting in significant transportation savings and reduced finished goods inventory.
