Bart Binning, Ed.D, MBA, GRI, TRC, is currently employed by the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties (which purchased Prudential Alliance Realty in 2014.) A Broker specializing in commercial properties: Tenant Representation, Owner/User Property Acquisition & Development. Dr. Binning is certified by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to teach Continuing education and has developed several courses on integrating technology into the Realtors® workplace and certified to teach NAR's Green Designation Commercial Elective. With the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (OKCMAR), Dr. Binning is currently Treasurer of the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance (RCA) Division, and a member of the OKCMAR Finance Committee. Previously with OKCMAR, Dr. Binning was the Chairman of the RCA for 2009, a Vice President of the Association in 2008 serving on its Executive Committee, and also served on the association's Education, Legislative, and Grievance Committees. With the Oklahoma Association of Realtors (OAR), Dr. Binning has been a member of the Task Force creating OAR's Realtors Commercial Alliance division, and is currently its Vice-Char. He is currently a director of OAR, and has previously served on the association's Legislative Affairs Committee. With the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Dr. Binning is a member of the Federal Technology Policy Advisory board, which is responsible for advising the NAR regarding technology issues. He is a former member of Commercial Legislation and Regulatory Subcommittee. Community service: Dr. Binning had been a director (and former President) of the Oklahoma City based Urban Mission - focusing on providing assistance to low income children and families. The Mission is an affiliate of the Central Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. Bart is a member of the Oklahoma City Downtown Rotary, Club 29.
