I believe that highly motivated teams drive success. I focus on what gives me energy and what I can influence. In other words, I’m optimistic about the future, I have a “can do” mentality, I’m results oriented and focused. I empower my teams to do the same. Others have described me as a good coach, facilitator, thought leader and strategist. I listen, ask questions, provide balance and motivate with the ultimate goal to define a winning strategy which the entire organization feels ownership of. I define success by an energized team where people feel respected, so they are comfortable to give their personal best coupled with measurable business results such as growth and profitability. With my broad background as a general manager, sales leader and finance leader and open approach I’m well able to engage throughout the organization, working across teams to get the best out of them. I thrive in organizations which have a clear purpose, which are close to their consumer and take pride in their product carried by a team with a common goal where teammates have each other’s back and where there is a good balance between working hard and having fun.
