About Bart Braakman
After receiving my Law degree from University Utrecht as well as the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, I started my professional career at the Dutch Data Protection Authority in 2019, where I was involved in and/or responsible for several investigations into potential breaches of the GDPR. Since mid 2021, I work at EY within the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, currently as a Senior Consultant. In this role I am mainly helping clients find solutions to their privacy problems and in this way support in their GDPR compliance journey. With this step I also broadened my horizon by including information- and cybersecurity in my day-to-day work and therefore my field of expertise.
