Key achievements: • Improving job satisfaction and efficiency: Successfully increased job satisfaction within the cleanroom (350 employees in 3 shifts) by 10% within a year, as measured by an internal employee satisfaction survey. This was accompanied by the highest efficiency ever achieved, without technical optimizations and without additional costs. • Leadership and engagement: Took a hands-on approach in production to better understand processes and employees. As a coaching leader, I established working groups to involve employees in decision-making and optimizations. • Implementation of a fully automated distribution center: Led the creation of a state-of-the-art automated facility, selecting the right logistics partners and overseeing implementation, testing, and training for 200 employees. • Optimization warehouse: Led the Autostore project, an innovative automation solution. In addition to increased storage capacity, costs were significantly reduced while ensuring business continuity, resulting in implementation in different other sites worldwide. • Successful transitions and team building: Transformed a group of employees within a distribution center into a motivated and efficient team. By evaluating and optimizing processes, I ensured the right person was in the right place, resulting in a highly engaged and satisfied workforce.
