I am the Personal Chef behind A Culinary Mind. Preparing amazing food for others is something that I have a passion for, and for more than 15 years, I have been gaining experience and refining all the skills necessary to be a professional personal chef. My formal training and education took place at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and I was also fortunate enough to be able to continue my education internationally in Tuscany, Italy under the tutelage of some of the most respected chefs in the country. I have experience in adjusting my cooking style to fit different palates, nutritional requirements and other dietary needs. I approach special diets with the same zeal and professionalism with which I approach any other challenge. My desire to give you food that is both tasty and good for you motivates me to make sure that every dish that I prepare meets your approval from both standpoints. The food that I prepare is based on you. If you prefer more sophisticated dishes, I am happy to oblige. If you prefer family style meals, then I am delighted to show you how I can elevate them while preserving the simplicity that makes them so wonderful.
