About Bart Droogmans

Within the Benelux Project Services organisation Bart leads Customer Solution Services being responsible for the Business Consultants and Analysts. In addition he’s the delivery manager for application development & testing services delivered by ES FDS Belgium (a 100% Subsidiary of Enterprise Services Belgium with a headcount of approx. 170 in the apps business). Until 2016 within the EMEA Regional Delivery Organisation he led Application Development for the UK & I, North and Central cluster. In this role he was responsible for Application Development (Java.Net, Microsoft) delivery covering UK & I, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and the Nordic countries. Until 2014 he was responsible for the Java Capability in Belgium within the ADM Software Engineering organisation. Next to that he managed the Legacy Capability in Belgium in the ADM Change Services organisation as of 2011 delivering Application Development and Management services to customers in Financial Services like KBC, BNPP Fortis, BNPP Factoring, Mercator Insurances and Belfius but also in other industries like Carlson Wagonlit Travel and the Flemish Government. As of May 2012 on top of this responsibility he accepted the role of Java Capability Leader for Belgium. Bart joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company in November 2015 as a result of the split of HP into 2 industry-leading companies. Back in November 2009 Bart joined the HP Enterprise Services Group as a result of the acquisition of EDS. He was an employee of EDS since August With more than 10 years of experience in software development and application management, mainly within Financial Services such as Cross Border Payment Processing in the Banking Sector and Claim Handling and Contract Management in the Non-Life Insurances Sector, Bart has an excellent record of achievement in building value through his expertise. Bart holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Computer Sciences from XIOS University Campus in Diepenbeek, Belgium.
