About Bart Eijckmans

I'm an ITIL Certified IT Service Delivery Manager with 5+ years of management experiences working closely in different industries from Banking / Insurance, Chemicals / Biotechnology and Government. Started as an Application Manager for several Key Production Environments and then subsequently became a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the full end-to-end Application Management as a Service. I was responsible for the day-to-day Run and Project operations in line with defined or to be defined SLA’s and KPI’s. Project operations meant onboarding new Applications, Technologies, Platforms and processes, making sure that everyone from the team is fully trained to deliver the service. I highly believe that my knowledge and experiences in personally handling the full end-to-end Application Management as a Service in accordance with SLA’s and KPI’s brought added value both to the organization but also to the customer and will be doing so for future organizations and customers.
