I fell in love with beer industry. I have always been a communicative person that seeks more knowledge and experience. As Operations Manager at Ales By Mail I have been managing logistics of leading beer retailer / distributor. For nearly 5 years I had a pleasure of improving efficiency of operations, customer service and supply chain within this e-commerce business. I have learnt that excellent customer experience is one of the keys to success. I have been maintaining good relationships with our business customers and suppliers and cooperating with them on regular basis. I am a graduate of Logistics Technical College (Vocational title: logistics technician) where transportation and forwarding, and business subjects were not unfamiliar to us. Competent with Linnworks and BrewMan (WMS/OMS/CRM), Magento, Shopify and other shopping cart solutions, most Microsoft and Google tools, FreshDesk, networking and various shipping management software (DHL/ TNT/ ParcelForce) I have been driven by responsibility and success in all sectors of the business. Some of my key responsibilities are/were as follows-establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers and suppliers and cooperating with them on number of different projects-acting as account manager for our e-commerce fulfillment business partners (mainly breweries but also craft cocktails and soft drinks)-daily management of warehouse tasks and targets-order and stock management-problem solving-improving efficiency of operations, customer service and supply chain within this fast growing business-leading change and implementation of new procedures-order dispatch and sales analysis / forecasting-managing production of seasonal beer cases (Beer Advent Calendar, Father's Day case, Imperial Beer Club case etc.)-organising events (The Summer Craft Beer Festival, Oktoberfest, beer tastings)-procurement-bar and bottle shop management-office duties.
