About Bart Gover

As a Sr. Principal Aviation Planner, Bart Grover provides technical guidance and project management leadership for airport development projects, with emphasis on aviation planning. He has 23 years of experience in aviation planning, including airport master planning for medium/large hub airports in the US, Canada, Vietnam, and Puerto Rico. Bart is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with extensive experience in airport master planning. He also coordinates team efforts, knowledge sharing and quality control for the firms’ aviation practice. He also focuses on cross-marketing our aviation planning services and identifying and nurturing strategic teaming partnerships. Based in Kentucky, he works with professionals across the country to plan and design aviation projects. Bart has managed projects totaling more than $10 million but has a keen understanding of the value every project has to the client. Bart serves as an airport board member for the Danville-Boyle County Airport (KDVK). He served as the Chair of the 2021 Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium. He is also an active member in the Southeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives and the Airports Council International–North America (ACI–NA). He holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Aviation, Master’s of Science in Planning and a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications.
