A seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, teaching, and mountaineering. “With more than three decades of experience, I have served as a (special needs) teacher and coordinator, school director, educational advisor, school inspector, ski and mountaineering instructor, both domestically and as an expatriate. My career is driven by a deep passion for (foreign) language learning and mathematics in primary education, ensuring quality in early reading instruction, and addressing reading challenges in kindergarten. I am dedicated to promoting equality and inclusivity in education, with a strong focus on differentiated instruction and educational policy. Guided by a commitment to and knowledge of human and children's rights in education, I continuously seek opportunities to improve educational practices and outcomes.
