I simply love hotels—sorry, I mean amazing (!) hotels—and genuine hospitality. Like when you feel overwhelmed with excitement when being in a nice hotel, restaurant, bar, or coffee place and getting the best service. A place where everything comes together because the owner and staff love what they do. Actually, they’re telling us their stories, and we cannot get enough of them, so we tell them to our friends, family, and colleagues. Yes, that kind of hospitality. Also, I very much enjoy helping and inspiring others, listening to them, and having long chats about life, philosophy, politics, and a better future. All with a good glass of wine, of course. Or having endless creative sessions coming up with better and smarter solutions for anything. Some call it 'Imagineering!' And because we live in this wonderful era, I just love following all the latest tech developments. AI, SaaS news, gadgets—you name it. So much we can gain from it! Oh, and by the way, I cannot deny that a good old-school Excel exercise every now and then gets me going too. On the side, I adore traveling and tasting wines, making espresso with my own coffee machine, and cooking for friends & family. I love Italian fashion, vintage watches, listening to podcasts, and wandering for hours in museums. Luckily, I am also very much commercially minded. But not for the sake of making money, but to make an impact, to help others, and to create a better, safer, and more appreciated environment. To sum things up, I just love to get things together.
