About Bart Hoogveldt

In the past 22 years I developed a solid insight and expertise on several management levels within the life science sector.(i.e. General management, Commercial management, Medical Management, Market Access). This work experience in combination with my academic educational background lets me translate market data and scientific data into clear strategic decisions and corresponding operational plans. In addition I have been able to strengthen my people management and organizational development skills to implement/build new organisational structures (incl. start-ups) and process optimizations, from team to department to company level. As a consequence I’ve shown to be able to deliver solid results in line to achieve company goals. Key words that define my work related competences and characteristics are: result driven, leadership by example, strategic and analytical, solid in team building and people management, a high value for responsibility, integrity and loyalty.
