Specialties: I am a generalist with helicopterview. My generalism is characterized by a broad general knowledge as well as the ability to familiarize myself with new subjects to a level which is necessary to do the job. I'm versatile in organizations, both as an employee, as well as interim professional. I am creative, innovative, analytically strong and have a fast understanding of 'the big picture'. Preferably I work in teams, in which I act as a catalyst.
