As the Group Commercial Director of Textiles & Surfaces at POLYGIENE AB, I create value for our partners and stakeholders by leveraging my expertise in performance chemistry, polymers, fibers, fabric, apparel, home fashions, nonwovens, and industrial applications. I am passionate about developing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers' and consumers' needs and expectations in various markets and segments. With a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University and multiple certifications in Market Based Management, Growth Mindset, and Emotional Intelligence, I have a strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication foundation. I have proven my ability to increase sales, drive growth, and lead high-performing teams in my previous roles as the Global Group Director at Microban International and the Vice President at Nanotex Division. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, such as nanomaterials, biocides, encapsulation, and enzyme technology, that can enhance the performance and sustainability of our products and services.
