I believe that organizations, especially nowadays, only survive when they adapt to change. I love to help organizations adjust to new challenges, through innovation or improving existing business. I have gained 15 years of experience in consulting, procurement, innovation and supply chain roles, giving me a solid base to see the bigger picture and find the potential. My people skills and mindset enabled me to work with a wide variety of people and organizations towards success. I am good at translating a commercial ambition into a sound strategy and action. Creating the strategy and making reality out of it gives me energy, ideally in a highly motivated environment. My background can be applied in different roles, depending how they are positioned, to drive change and innovation (e.g. business development, innovation, supply chain, procurement).
