Heden Als resultaatgerichte senior adviseur/ kwaliteitsmanager en programmamanager Duurzaamheid draag ik concreet bij aan de ontwikkeling naar een proces- en projectmatig gerichte organisatie. De gezamenlijk gecreëerde methoden zijn geborgd en projectleiders en opdrachtgevers worden hierop gecoacht. Als aanjager van onze duurzame initiatieven maak ik doelstellingen concreet en nodig ik collega's en betrokkenen uit een bijdrage te leveren. In 2023 certificeren we ons voor de CO2-prestatieladder en werken we concreet aan halvering van ons grondstoffenverbruik. Namens VrZW ben ik één van de vijf leden van de landelijke kerngroep Duurzaamheid van het NIPV. Recente verleden Operational Excellence, Lean and Agile are key within my professional life optimizing organizations, culture, business, IT and HRM processes and automated systems. I have acquired my business experience as a manager within consultancy, Business Mobility, Insurance (life, general, healthcare, international insurance brokerage), within pension funds, with sustainable employability and re-integration consultancy and within 'Veiligheidsregio' Colleagues describe me as: • Results-oriented improver; • People-oriented teambuilder; • Customer oriented bridge builder.
