My passion is to help make the world a happier place to work. Today, approximately 60% of employees worldwide are "not engaged" meaning they lack motivation and are less likely to invest effort in an organization’s goals. 25% are "actively disengaged" meaning they are flat out unhappy, unproductive and likely to spread their misery to coworkers. That means only 15% of everyone working today, wake up feeling inspired to go to work. Not only is that really sad, it’s bad for business. I educate leaders and teams on how to leverage humor with other valuable leadership skills designed to engage employees and create a culture of happiness and success.
