About Bart van Buggenhout

I have started my professional career at Siemens working as a project manager for IT service-related projects within an Outsourcing context. After 6 years I decided to switch to a different context, as Senior Product Manager for the KBC Bank's corporate e-banking application. From May 2010 until December 2012 I took up the role of Group Business Architect for KBC's Group Payments department, followed by 1 year as Business Architect for Banking Products (Credits, Leasing & Payments) within KBC Group's Business Unit Belgium. From the end of 2013 until March 2015 I challenged and supported 50+ projects of one of our key strategic programs with the aim of making our KBC solutions more simple for both our customers as well as our employees. From March 2015 until the end of 2017 I combined the roles of Program Manager and Business Architect, preparing KBC Autolease for its future in Mobility. In 2018 I supported the team managing most of KBC's communication flows with our customers in Belgium. As of 2019 I work for KBC Insurance, strategically guiding the organization in its digital transformation journey to The Next Level.
