I always strive to create a positive working environment where everyone can thrive and we can achieve great results together. I am a driven and ambitious person. I am responsible for two departments and aim to share my passion and enthusiasm every day—whether in my daily work or when training new employees within our organization or those from our Member organizations. I have a strong passion for business intelligence and use reports and analyses daily to improve and optimize our processes. I am also closely involved in innovation and enjoy looking ahead to explore how we can stay progressive—especially with a focus on sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important. Additionally, I like to be involved in strategic decision-making and enjoy thinking outside the box
