I am a experienced Engineer, Teamleader and Project Manager with a strong passion for Engineering. I am a Team Player with a hands-on mentality able to drive every kind of challenge and get the best possible result within the given boundaries. I have more then 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in the area of system calibration (Passenger cars, commercial vehicles, NRMM) were I have supported projects and applications over the entire world. Throughout these years I was also able to define and support new methodologies (SiL, MiL, HiL, Testing & Calibration Automation) which are strongly focussing on improving testing efficiency and reduce real testing to a minimum. I am enjoying the technical challenges of the transition towards a sustainable and clean future for our industry. That means development of new concepts, but also adaptation of existing concepts in the field of the Internal Combustion Engine as well as Fuel Cell technology.
