About Bart Wille

I study psychological individual differences (e.g, personality traits, vocational interests, career competencies) and their role in organizational behavior/HRM/careers. Specific research topics include career development and management, person-environment fit, interest assessment, interest development, leadership, multirater assessments and dark side personality (e.g, narcissism). This work has been published in journals such as Jounal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Vocational Behavior. I serve on the editorial boards of Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Counseling Psychology, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and the International Journal of Testing. As a part of my consulting activities with Pulse Assessments, I give lectures, talks and workshops on topics related to my research (e.g, Talent Assessment, Talent Development.) and I help organizations with strategic and/or operational matters related to talent management. I am also a co-founder and chief science officer at Low Lands Assessment Systems, an HR tech company specialized in professional interests assessments.
