For more than 17 years I have experience in international corporate transactions; I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate law and private equity, with an emphasis on mid-market M&A and outsourcing transactions and cross border reorganisations. For a period of two years I worked at the Dutch Legal Desk of HVG at the offices of EY, London, the United Kingdom. I acted as Dutch legal counsel for UK based multinationals advising on Dutch corporate law and Dutch finance law matters.
