About Bart Wouters

Bart is an experienced business consultant at the intersection of service operations / high-tech industry and has a strong background in integrated business planning. Currently, Bart works as Operational Excellence Program manager ASML’s Customer Service organization driving our cost reduction ambitions and developing our benefit management capability. Before Joining ASML in 2021, Bart worked as senior manager in the Services and Solutions Delivery organization of Philips Medical Systems establishing data analytics and business planning capabilities such as ‘Strategic Workforce Planning’ and ‘Integrated Sales, Operations & Financial Planning’. Before joining Philips in 2015, Bart worked as a consultant at Accenture and enjoyed projects for high-tech customers (automotive, semiconductor and medical systems). Most of these projects were driving service operations transformations with the purpose to improve customer service levels, while reducing cost of operations at the same time. Bart holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from the Technical University of Delft and lives in Sint-Oedenrode, Eindhoven area.
